WORLD’S BEST RUMOUR?
Published 1 year, 8 months ago in My life.What’s the best rumour going around at the moment? What have YOU heard? I want to hear something juicy that hasn’t been reported anywhere yet. The last one I heard was that Bob Wollmer’s (sp?) death is now being treated as murder, but that’s already on the mainstream media.

Bill Gates is honest, and Microsoft does not practice predatory sales tactics.
If a rumour is worth telling, it’s probably too rude to put on Nook…
Poor old Bill Gates. He’s giving away 95% of his fortune before he retires(and will somehow have to survive on a measly $15 billion or so) and he still gets bad press.
Rumour: the government sends only lickable SAE’s when they ask you to send info back to them. This is so they have a record of your DNA. As they can’t be sure if it was you that licked it, they keep multiple envelopes until they have a high probability.
Rumour as fact : every child born in Australia since 1962 has had their DNA recorded and stored, courtesy of the heel pin prick blood test they give all newborns. Apparently by giving permission for the blood test our parents also gave permission for the blood to be stored by the government. New laws are being enacted in most states to destroy these samples after a number of years, but no proposal so far to do this in Victoria.
Well, I heard on the radio that Billy thorpe, could not afford an operation to have a stent put in. Twould be sad if its true, but if he managed to travel overseas to record his latest work, I’m thinking this is just a rumour, because, what price health???
You know how your friends keep forwarding you those emails that say Bill Gates is going to give you money if you send the email to 10 friends, or photos of kids who haven’t been claimed by their parents since the tsunami etc? Do a Google on Urban Legends and you’ll find sites that find out the truth behind some of these myths and rumours. Some of them are hilarious!
