Let’s give the grand prix back to Adelaide.  They need it more than we do. We can keep the 100 other major events that swamp this city. It’s just the same thing every year. Does anyone care? (Leaving aside the vexed question of how much it really costs and how much we really get back.)

I hate graffiti. About one millionth of what you see is witty and rest is just mess. How can we do something about it? Should there be a crackdown by the authorities? Should graffitists be made to clean up graffiti for hours on end as  punishment?

Bob Dylan is obviously the best singer/songwriter in history. My question is: who comes second? Neil Young? Bruce The Boss? Paul Kelly? Alvin from Alvin and the Chipmunks? Let me now what you think.
