Why do councils constantly resurface roads only to have them ripped up in the next few months for sewerage pipes or power or whatever? It’s just madness.
Under the current restrictions, can you water lawns using a watering system at any time if the water comes from a water tank?

What a classic notion this one is - the idea that we’ll be taxed for having a water tank. Any party who tried to pull that one off would be commiting political suicide.
